Over 3 years ago I started wool felt embroidery and became hooked. I used a lot of my work in a project which I now have hanging in my home. However, I still had several surplus flowers that I didn’t know what to do with. Thankfully friend Phil gave me the idea of making flower vases so I can use them up. I went to a retreat a couple of weeks ago and made my first block there. I will be making several more blocks as you can see I already have several various sized wool felt shapes to embroider.
Some extra shapes will be needed to complete the 9 blocks I have decided to make, so I wondered how my die cutter would work cutting felt
As you can see it worked a treat and I cut 3 layers at once, how cool is that?
